Reflections on poetry with Group 2 of our Women’s Book Club

This morning, it was Group 2’s turn to explore the poetry collection “Notes for My Daughter” by Aminata S. Conteh, a young Sierra Leonean author.

Our book club is a safe and welcoming space where participants can freely share parts of their personal experiences, as well as their thoughts and opinions, without judgment or discrimination.

And as Frida Kahlo once said: “I am my own muse. I am the person I know best. The subject I want to know best.”
